reliable stay near the metro
metro station large grocery
I appreciated the metro station location. two large grocery stores were also conveniently located nearby. it was a short metro ride to the city centre and the airport. the room was spacious and well maintained. I am grateful for this.
the breakfast was underwhelming for a four-star hotel. the selection seemed limited, and the quality of the products was not really good.

great location metro station attentive staff heavy door air conditioning breakfast variety
The room was a double room and very clean. The location is great because the metro station is just across the street. The staff were attentive (they always helped me when I asked for something).
The bathroom door was heavy and difficult to close completely. The air conditioning did not allow me to cool the room as i wanted. The breakfast did not offer much variety (it was the same every day).

cereal options metro station
The twin room had a fridge i used a lot. the staff was very nice when i asked for extra towels. breakfast offered many cereal options. It was great. the hotel is super close to the metro station. I could move around easily.
the gym was small it only had a few machines, so it was crowded during peak hours.

The location is great. It is near the metro with a fast connection to the city center. The kettle with tea and coffee in the room was a very pleasant surprise!!!

bottled water fresh fruits professional staff breakfast choices
I appreciated the free bottled water they gave me. they even added some fresh fruits, a thoughtful touch, and the staff were very kind and professional too. i noticed many breakfast choices, including british and continental options. Hot food was always available. i must congratulate the manager on his team including reception, cleaning and catering teams
I found the front desk wasn't very helpful with local recommendations, directing me only to brochures. This impacted the overall hospitality experience a little

Convenient and Clean Getaway
clean room excellent location friendly staff
My room was clean and well-kept. I found the location excellent due to its proximity to the metro (it's right across the street!). I appreciated the attentive and friendly staff, always available to assist with directions or any requests.
The bathroom lacked sufficient counter space for toiletries. This made getting ready a bit challenging (especially with two people sharing the space). I hope they can address this in the future.

The staff was attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and promptly addressing any queries i had, a very cheerful atmosphere indeed. They were always available at the front desk and ready to provide assistance with directions or recommendations.

The hotel features modern decor and well kept facilities, including a small swimming pool available . It's really neat. There is also a fitness center equipped with cardio machines and weights, very convenient for keeping up with workouts.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. I really enjoyed the bright panels at the walls and the roof , made it look like the sun was shining outside, a great touch (especially the croissants!).
